Rules of Use – Decamerón Private Beach Club

(Applicable to owners and guests at Costa Blanca Golf & Villas)

On general behavior:

Loud music is not permitted in the residence halls. It should be kept at a moderate volume.

It is mandatory to respect all internal traffic signs (speed, parking, pets, etc.).

Minors should not drive inside the residence unless they are at least 16 years old and have a valid license.

Vehicles permitted as internal transportation to the beach must be 4x4 (motorcycles are not allowed) and driven only by adults.

Pets are not allowed inside the beach club (they can access the beach outside the club).

Personal belongings at the Beach Club or Golf Club are the sole responsibility of their owners. Management is not responsible for loss or theft.

About access to the beach club:

The designated beach area for owners and guests is the Beach Club. Access to the hotel facilities is prohibited without the appropriate pass.

Food, drinks, and coolers are not allowed in the club.

To enter the beach club lounge, the use of a sweater or footwear is mandatory.

The maximum number of people per house is 6 adults and up to 2 children under 8 years old.

If guests arrive unaccompanied by the owner, they must be notified 24 hours in advance by emailing Villa Coordination (business hours: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.).

All guests must pay for their consumption before leaving the club each day.

The owner is responsible for the behavior of his guests.

About the passes:

Day, night, or combined passes must be requested from the Villa Coordination Office at least 24 hours in advance.

Passes are purchased in Lobby #2 and are subject to hotel availability.

About the golf course:

The course is for golfers only between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm (depending on the season).

Walking, strolling, cycling, traveling, or playing on the field is prohibited during these hours.

Neither Decameron Hotels nor golfers are responsible for accidents in the event of an invasion of the playing area.

These rules have been reinforced due to repeated incidents involving guests of owners who claim to be unaware of them. Villa Coordination has implemented these measures at the request of residents and owners themselves, to maintain a good relationship within the community.
